VACATION CLEANING SERVICE T&C’S
Our standard late check out fee is $50, additional hours will be charged at $50 per hour pro rata. cancellations of service with less than 12hrs of notice will incur the full agreed Cleaning fee.
Vacation properties have an additional 40% charge for block bookings of 4 weeks or more and an extra 10% per week there after. Any extra beds in the home that are not mentioned at the time of quotation or maximum occupancy is increased after the time of quotation, or false information given at the time of quotation can/will incur additional costs. Our standard Pet fee policy is $75per pet with stays for upto 1 week and $75per pet per week there after.payment for each service is required before or on the day of service Unless agreed otherwise. payments can be made via Zelle, Vemno or bank Transfer. STANDARD & MAID SERVICE T&C’S:
Upon our arrival too your property for service, the home/property should be tidy and ready for cleaning unless maid service is requested. Any excessive or cluttered areas, excessive trinkets/ornaments/plush toys/memorabilia will not be dusted unless otherwise agreed or if Maid Service is requested.
If a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly service price is agreed any changes in the frequency will change your cleaning fee. Quotations & prices given will be valid or 4 weeks only. Any excess bio hazardous waste will not be cleaned unless previously authorized by management including animal or human fecal waste, blood, vomit and bodily fluids. Cancellations with less than 12hrs notice will be responsible for 50% of the agreed cleaning fee and payment on the day. pet fee $30 per service if not mentioned at the time of quotation.
